Looks like everything that needed to be said has been said. All will workout you know this ... you have had bigger troubles in your life. Get a hold of yourself.... you can never hear GOD;s solution if you are all emotional and defeated in your spirit. WORRY is your biggest enemy right now because you are bowing down to it. Worry is sin and sin separates you. Faith liberates you. You sound like you can't believe God for another vehicle have you stopped to see that the reason you may not have passed inspection is because God was working out a plan to get you in another vehicle. Let's focus....So you can hear His plan.

YOU WERE NOT IN THE CAR!!!!!! The car is replaceable....you still have a job....you can get assistance for bills b/c you have a medical emergency and your one income will not provide for your family.
My cousin was BURIED yesterday b/c of a drunk driver.....once again, I say, count your blessings...and the driver is in JAIL for manslaughter.
